本研究以台灣上市電子公司為研究對象,藉以探討在家族企業中家族CEO與創辦人CEO之特性對創新投入與產出的影響。本研究採用台灣經濟新報資料庫(TEJ) 和中華民國專利檢索系統 (Taiwan patent search system) 之2012年至2015年共628筆樣本,使用二元固定效果模型 (Two-Way Fixed Effect) 與卜瓦松迴歸 (Poisson Regression) 進行實證分析。實證結果分為兩個部分,分別是創辦人CEO會比非創辦人CEO有更高的創新投入以及家族CEO會比非家族CEO會有更高的創新產出。因此,透過本研究可更進一步了解,家族企業中家族CEO與創辦人CEO對創新投入與產出的重要性。
This paper investigates the effect between family CEO and founder CEO on innovation input and output in family firms and uses Taiwan-listed electronics companies as research objects. Also, this paper uses 628 samples from the TEJ and Taiwan patent search system from 2012 to 2015 and choose two-way fixed effect and poisson regression as research method. The result shows that founder CEOs have higher innovation input than non-founder CEOs, and family CEOs have higher innovation output than non-family CEOs. Therefore, through this study can be further understand that the importance of family CEO and founder CEO in innovation input and output.
