With the technological development and economic growth, multination corporations have been springing up like mushrooms so that expatriate employees have become more pivotal role. Formerly, most studies used questionnaires to make quantitative statistics. So that this study uses data mining methods to capture data to analysis the trend of expatriates. However, the results of this study, the trend of expatriates is decreasing. So as each experience level is decreasing. There are 27 countries is increasing trend. There are 34 countries decreasing trend. There are 10 kinds of job function increasing trend. There are 24 kinds of job function decreasing trend. After considering the relevant information, we could see that the development of science and technology has not only accelerated internationalization, but also changed the way of internationalization.
