本研究旨於瞭解婦女對乳房X光攝影的知識、態度與行為現況分布以及探討婦女對乳房X光攝影之知識、態度與行為間的相關性。
本研究以自編式結構問卷為研究工具，共發放450份問卷，實際有效樣本共回收387份，有效樣本回收率為86％。統計軟體使用SPSS version 21.0版本進行問卷編碼與資料統計與分析，其研究結果分述如下：

一、 乳房X光攝影知識
在個人背景資料中，年齡、教育程度以及有無正式工作對乳房X光攝影知識
具顯著性差異，其中以年齡為50-54歲的婦女，其乳房X光攝影知識優於65-69歲婦女，而教育程度為研究所的婦女，其乳房X光攝影知識優於不識字的婦女，最後，有正式工作的婦女其乳房X光攝影知識優於無正式工作的婦女。

二、 乳房X光攝影態度
在個人背景資料中，僅教育程度對乳房X光攝影態度具顯著性差異，其中以教育程度為專科/大學的婦女，其對乳房X光攝影正向評價優於不識字的婦女。

三、 乳房X光攝影行為
在個人背景資料中，年齡及教育程度對乳房X光攝影行為具顯著性差異，其
中以年齡55-59歲之婦女，其對乳房X光攝影行為較65-69歲的婦女積極，而教育程度為專科/大學的婦女，其對乳房X光攝影行為較不識字的婦女積極。
 
四、 乳房X光攝影知識、態度與行為之多元線性迴歸分析
乳房X光攝影知識對於乳房X光攝影行為呈現顯著性差異(β=0.108，p<0.01)，且乳房X光攝影態度對於乳房X光攝影行為呈現顯著性差異(β=0.685，P<0.001)，意即乳房X光攝影知識及態度係影響接受乳房X光攝影之重要因子。
乳房X光攝影知識對於未來兩年接受乳房X光攝影意願呈現顯著性差異(β=0.110，p<0.05)，且乳房X光攝影態度對於未來兩年接受乳房X光攝影意願呈現顯著性差異(β=0.540，p<0.001)，意即乳房X光攝影知識及態度係預測未來兩年接受乳房X光攝影之重要因子。

The purpose of this study was to understand knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors towards mammography in women and to explore relationship among knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors towards mammography in women.
Our research used a self-constructed structured questionnaire. A total of 450 questionnaires were distributed with 387 valid ones returned. The recovery rate was 86%. SPSS 21.0 statistical software was used for questionnaire coding, data statistics, and analysis. Conclusions were summarized as follows:

1. Knowledge towards Mammography
Remarkable differences in knowledge towards mammography can be found in individual background variables such as age, education level, and any formal job; among them, women 50-54 years old showed better knowledge than women 65-69 years old; those who with education level of graduate school showed better knowledge towards mammography than the illiterate women; furthermore, those who had formal job showed better knowledge than the unemployed.

2. Attitudes towards Mammography
Remarkable differences in attitudes towards mammography can be only found in education level, among them, those who with education level of college and university had better positive evaluation than the illiterate women.
 
3. Behaviors towards Mammography
Knowledge towards mammography and behaviors towards mammography showed a moderate correlation (r=0.414); while attitudes towards mammography and behaviors towards mammography showed a high correlation (r=0.733)
