本研究旨在探討運用同儕教導於國小六年級數學領域的發展歷程、遭遇困境及採取的因應措施，並了解學生在方案行動實施後對於數學的「解題認知」與「解題情意」的改變情形，並探究研究者在行動方案中的反思與成長。
　　本研究採行動研究法，以研究者任教之國小六年級27名學童為研究對象。研究過程透過觀察、訪談及問卷等資料的蒐集，探究同儕教導方案在數學課室的真實樣貌。研究結果發現如下：
一、 運用同儕教導於國小六年級數學課室為有效的教學模式，可分為異質性同儕教導與同質性同儕教導。
（一）異質性同儕教導的教學流程為「複習舊經驗」、「閱讀題目」、「問題解決」。
（二）同質性同儕教導的教學流程為「閱讀題目」、「問題解決」、「引導驗算」、「總結算式」、「經驗連結」。
二、 同儕教導於國小六年級數學領域，教師所面臨的問題與解決策略為：
（一）學生指導及判斷能力不足，教師應適時協助。
（二）學生容易忘記指導流程及讚美回饋，教師應加強培訓課程。
（三）各單元難易度不同，教師應予以指導。
（四）同儕教練教導負荷大，教師應適時調整組員。
三、 同儕教導方案實施後，學生在數學解題表現有明顯進步。
（一）高成就學生在「總結算式」、「經驗連結」的數學解題表現有明顯進步，能清楚表達計算過程，並與相關例題做連結。
（二）中成就學生在「問題解決」、「引導驗算」、「總結算式」的數學解題表現有明顯進步，能找出關鍵字進行解題，並將答案帶回做檢核與教練進行問題解決的步驟，並將算出來的答案帶回到題目做檢核，最後自行說出算式所代表的意義。
（三）低成就學生在「複習舊經驗」、「閱讀題目」的數學解題表現有明顯進步。經由多次的練習，低成就學生能回到課本找例題複習舊經驗，並在閱讀完題目後能稍加瞭解題意。
四、 同儕教導方案實施後，數學學習態度整體呈現正向反應。

　　以學生在研究歷程的學習表現分析，同儕教導方案能顯著提升學生對數學解題、數學情意的影響，研究者並提供幾點建議，以供教學者及未來後續之研究。

The purpose of this study was to explore the development process, difficulties encountered, and response measures adopted in the use of peer tutoring strategies in sixth grade mathematics, and to understand the changes in the “recognition of problem solving” and “affective outcomes of problem solving” in mathematics students after implementation of the program as well as to explore the researcher's reflection and growth in the action plan.
This study adopted the action research method and used 27 sixth grade schoolchildren from the researcher’s school as research objects. Using data collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaire surveys, the research explored the actual appearance of peer tutoring strategies in the mathematics classroom. The findings were as follows:
I. The use of peer tutoring strategies in sixth grade mathematics classroom was an effective teaching model, and could be divided into heterogeneous peer tutoring and homogeneous peer tutoring.
(1) The teaching flow of heterogeneous peer tutoring included: "review", "reading the question", " Solving the question ".
(2) The teaching flow of homogeneous peer tutoring included: "reading the question", " Solving the question ", "Check the answer", "Sum it up", "Link it up".
II. The problems faced and solutions used by teachers in deploying peer tutoring strategies in sixth grade mathematics were as follows:
(1) Insufficient student abilities in guidance and judgment. Teachers should strengthen training courses.
(2) Students tended to forget about the guidance process and positive feedback. Teachers should assist in the classroom.
(3) The degree of difficulty of each mathematics unit was different. Not all groups could complete the tasks and teachers should give guidance.
(4) The number of attendees could not be paired. Teachers should adjust team members in due course.
III. After the implementation of peer tutoring strategies, students achieved significant improvement in mathematics learning.
(1) High-achieving students have made significant progress in the mathematical solution of "Sum it up" and "Link it up".
(2) Intermediate degree students have made significant progress in the mathematical solution of " Solving the question ", "Check the answer" and "Sum it up".
(3) Low-achieving student have made significant progress in the mathematical solution of "reading the question" and " Solving the question "
IV. After the implementation of peer tutoring strategies, the study showed a positive reaction in the overall attitude towards mathematics learning.
Based on the analysis of students' performance in the research process, peer tutoring strategies can significantly improve students' influence on mathematics problem solving and affective outcomes of mathematics. The researchers also provide some suggestions for the educators and future follow-up studies.
