全球化、國際化的浪潮席捲下,隨著國家形象及意識的抬頭,來源國形象對於國家競爭力提升之重要性日益增加。過往至今,已經許多學者進行有關來源國之研究。而一國的發展,不可或缺的其中一個因素就是人力資本,人力資本的提升、投資是國家競爭力的根本,也能促使國家繼續成長。並透過新南向政策中夏日學校之實施對於人力資本的介入與投資,藉由人力資本的之積累與互動交流,使我國競爭優勢得以提升,透過政府的刺激來發現潛在的競爭優勢。本研究以透過新南向政策夏日學校來台之越南學生為抽樣母體,共發放23份問卷,並回收23份有效樣本。本研究在參與前、後各發放一次問卷,並且比較兩次前、後問卷的差異結果,對於我國之來源國形象是否有影響。而本研究所採用的統計工具分別為SPSS 23 以及 Smart PLS 3.0,對所收集到的資料進行敘述性統計、因素分析、信效度分析以及成對樣本T檢定等等。研究結果顯示夏日學校的實施對於人力資本有著正向顯著的影響,而人力資本對於來源國形象也有著正向顯著的影響。透過本研究實證發現,藉由新南向政策中夏日學校來台之越南學生,透過文化的交流、教育學習後,對於我國之形象有著提升的效果。
With the development of globalization and internationalization, with the rise of the country's image and awareness, the image of the country of origin has become increasingly important for the enhancement of national competitiveness. From before to now, many scholars have conducted research on the image of the country of origin.
One of the indispensable factors in the development of a country is human capital. The promotion of human capital and investment are fundamental to the competitiveness of the country and will also enable the country to continue its growth.
And through the government's intervention and investment in human capital, through the accumulation and interaction of human capital, the country's competitive advantage is enhanced, and potential opportunities are discovered through government incentives. This study uses sampled Vietnamese students who come to Taiwan through the New South-bound Policy Summer School. A total of 23 questionnaires were distributed and 23 valid samples were recovered. In this study, questionnaires were distributed before and after participation, and the differences between the two previous and subsequent questionnaires were compared. Survey questionnaire is taken and the results is analyzed by SPSS 23 and Smart PLS 3.0. The research results show that the implementation of summer school has a positive and significant impact on human capital, and human capital also has a positive and significant impact on the image of the source country. Through this empirical study, it was found that Vietnamese students who came to Taiwan through summer schools in the New South-South Policy have improved the image of the country through cultural exchanges and education.
