隨著航空公司的數量快速增長,使得航空產業市場的競爭日益激烈,2017 年歐洲甚至爆發了一股航空產業破產潮,值得關注的是這幾家航空公司都是歷史悠久、具有一定規模的航空公司,卻毫無預警地宣告破產、飛機停飛,造成大批旅客滯留海外,讓人不免擔憂這樣的事件是否會持續發生。本研究運用多準則決策分析結合決策實驗室分析法(DEMATEL)及分析網路程序法(ANP)。首以 DEMAEL 法探究準則間之相互關聯性及因果關係;接續將 DEMATEL及ANP結合,運算準則及方案間之相對權量,最後探究最優化降低航空產業風險破產風險之方案,進而應用 0-1 目標規劃法(ZOGP)在有限資源下進行數據模擬選擇方案。本研究主要貢獻係在探討航空產業破產之關鍵因素,以及探討降低破產風險之營運決策方案,研究成果期許能提供我國航空產業管理階層在制定管理策略時作為一個參考依據,並能將此學術貢獻運用在實務上。
With the rapid growth of the number of airlines company, the competition in the aviation industry market is getting more and more intense. In 2017, there break out a series of bankruptcies in Europe. It is noteworthy that these airlines company are timehonored brand and have a certain scale. However, these company declared bankruptcy without warning, causing a large number of passengers to stay overseas. It's a matter of concern that such an event will continue to occur.
This study proposes a multi-criteria decision making approach integrating the decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL), analytic network processes (ANP). First, we use the DEMAEL to explore the interrelationships and causality between the standards, then combine DEMATEL and ANP to calculate the relative weights between criteria and the alternatives, and final to find out the optimization of the alternatives to reduce the risk of bankruptcy risks in the aviation industry.
The main contribution of this study is to explore the key factors of aviation
industry bankruptcy, and to explore the operational decision-making solutions to reduce bankruptcy risks. Moreover, the model developed could be applied in practice.
