相較於傳統貼附式應變規量測系統,數位影像相關法不僅具有全域量測之特性,更具有非接觸之實驗優勢,可同時應用於工程材料之拉伸及振動量測,並即時獲得分析結果。本研究係使用自行開發之數位影像相關法技術,並修改傳統之演算法,克服了大變形無法量測之問題。量測微型標準試片於拉伸實驗下之全場變形、應變及楊氏係數,並與超音波探傷儀及應變規之實驗數據相互定量驗證比較,也利用立體數位影像相關法,量測出材料真實應力-應變,同時進一步應用數位影像相關法之實驗優勢,剖析鋁材料於拉伸頸縮狀態下之局部應變及結構破壞。
In this paper. Fixing the DIC algorithm to overcome that DIC can’t track large deformation and using high-resolution image to measure displacement field and strain field of Standard specimen of ASTM B557M. The experiment result are consistent with strain gauge that express DIC has the ability to measure strain in tensile test. Combine DIC and MTS to get Stress-Strain curve, further get Youngs modulus of elasticity, Yielding Stress and Ultimate stress. Also Using Stereo DIC to measure True stress-strain of specimen.
