全球化的時代來臨,產業經營環境變化迅速,企業之間競爭日趨激烈,面對自由化、國際化的世界潮流,企業必須能對此環境條件的變化有所察覺,同時能對其變化進行更快速且更有彈性的應對方式。從以往著重在部門間各自表現的分工導向,且較無平行連結性質的作業方式,逐漸調整為獨立並迅速反應市場的專案任務比重也越來越高。企業內部資深員工們的技能與經驗,如果可以無間斷且系統化的整合,對企業的幫助也將更加完整,所以在新產品開發時有效的利用專案管理是相當重要地,不但全體員工的專業知識與技術隨之增長,也能讓各部門間的職掌與專長更加清晰且透明化,使得新產品開發之流程運作更加順暢,並改善企業經營之舊有模式,這樣不僅可使長期虧損或面臨困境的企業,有機會能重新調整原有之經營模式,既便是營運良善之企業,更可將其應用於提昇現有之競爭力,追求更佳的營運績效,達成企業永續經營之目標。

持續開發新產品是企業創造績效且永續經營的必要條件,但其過程中充滿了各種風險與不確定性,新產品開發的成功與否不僅影響著企業的營收,更對未來的成長發展有著重大關聯,沒有新產品的企業等於把市場拱手讓給競爭對手,因此在新產品開發應用專案管理,是目前企業最為重要之議題。本研究以C公司為研究對象,經過「文獻探討、專家訪談、問卷調查與主管訪談」之研究方式後,更加深入瞭解個案公司的實際情況,也證明應用專案管理確實有助於降低新產品開發的工作難度。開發困難度的降低,使新產品的上市失誤率也隨之縮小,因此,對C公司的員工來說,專案管理是一個相當良好的學習方法與管道。而專案管理也有助於新產品開發初期的市場需求與知識蒐集工作,避免開發人員對新產品開發的出錯率,進而減少公司除錯成本的支出,使公司整體的經營績效達到正向成長,因此,本研究經由整合分析C公司之調查資訊後得知:「專案管理對新產品開發品質提升、成本控制、及時上市與整體績效確實存在著正向關係的影響」。
The continuous development of new products is essential company performance and sustainability, but the process is full of various risks and uncertainties. The success of new product development not only affects a company’s revenue, but also its future growth and development. Enterprises without a new product will lose market share to their competitors. Continuous developing new products is the key for companies to create performance and sustainable development, however, the process is full of various risks and uncertainties as well. The success of new product development not only affects the company’s revenue, but also the future growth, therefore, application of new project management becomes the major concern to the enterprises. This study uses Company C as the research object, and after using research methods of “research of literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, and interview with supervisors”, current situations of Company C is further understood, and it’s also proved that the application of project management do help to reduce the difficulty in new product development. Therefore, project management is a very good learning method and channel for the employees of Company C. In the meantime, the project management also helps collecting the market demand and knowledge in the initial stage of new product development, avoids error rate of the developer's in the development of new products, reduces the company's cost of debugging errors, and makes positively growth in company's overall operating performance. This study, after integrating the analysis of Company C’s survey information, finds that “project management has a positive influence on the development of new product development of quality, cost control, timely listing, and overall performance”.
