電子商務興起取代實體通路,在網路與行動裝置的普及化,電子商務間的商品總類、價格競爭、付款方式、運送時間,都納入消費者選擇的必要條件,網路上也出現許多家電子商務價格比較的網站,幫助消費者篩選及推薦電子商務的店家與商品類型。各家比價網篩選電子商務的商品機制都有所不同,這些都會影響消費者在商品搜尋的速度與精準度。

本研究透過資訊檢索演算法 BM25 (Best Match) 加以改良導入商品名稱,以權重方式分配,將搜尋關鍵字斷詞處理,匯入網路爬蟲 (Crawler) 抓取到的各電子商務之商品資訊再以名稱做權重分析 , 依據結果建立的比價系統能提供使用者的一次同時瀏覽多家電子商務同類型商品的資訊 , 做為商品評選的參考。

由於各大電子商務商品種類眾多且持續更新 , 所以比價系統的設計方法,使用即時取得商品資訊及運算做為主要平台,配合應用動態網頁技術 (JSP) 應用在伺服器網站架設 (Tomcat) 與伺服器端程序分配技術 (Servlet),有效分配商品名稱權重與商品價格排序。

本研究針對市面上知名的比價網做商品搜精準度之對照,以3C類型比較4種商品做「搜尋精準度」、「價格遞增精準度」、「價格遞減精準度」,比價檢視12 (4*3) 項的結果,有8項勝出、2項平手、2項落後。
With the prevalence of the Internet and mobile devices, physical channels have been replaced by e-commerce, whose product type, price competition, payment methods, and delivery time are prerequisite to consumers’ purchasing choices. The appearance of many e-commerce price comparison websites helps consumers to screen and commends e-commerce stores and product types. Every price comparison websites differ in mechanism for screening e-commerce products, thus influencing the speed and accuracy of product searching.
This study improves the information retrieval algorithm BM25 (Best Match) by adding in product name weighing. Search keywords were segmented and imported to Crawler to retrieve e-commerce product information and then to implement weighing analysis based on product names. After relevant analysis, the search result enabled users to browse products of the same type from multiple e-commerce stores. Since e-commerce product types have been diverse and have kept being updated, the price comparison system design was based on real-time retrieval and processing of product information. With JSP applied to Tomcat and Servlet for efficient allocation of product name weighing and of product price ranking. The experiment focused on the speed and accuracy of product search among famous price comparison websites, with four types of 3C products adopted as comparison keywords. With four types of 3C products employed to compare the rankings of search accuracy, progressive price increase accuracy, and progressive price decrease accuracy, the price comparison system adopted in the study, out of 12 price comparisons, demonstrated eight wins, 2 ties, and 2 losses.
