現今,員工與企業緊密結合在一起,若企業懂得愛護與了解員工,讓員工投入工作時也感受開心幸福,不僅能提升企業競爭力,也可降低人才流動。因此,本研究欲探討服務業人員之員工敬業對員工幸福感之影響。此外,本研究加入內外控人格特質為調節變項,以了解內外控人格特質對員工敬業與員工幸福感之的關係。
本研究採用量化研究進行問卷調查法,共發出450份問卷,並以台灣服務業員工為研究對象。並利用描述性統計分析、信度分析、相關分析、獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析與迴歸分析等方法進行資料分析。研究結果顯示,員工敬業與員工幸福感之間具有顯著正向關係;內外控人格特質在員工敬業與員工幸福感之間具有顯著調節關係。
Nowadays, employees and companies are closely. If companies know how to protect and understand their employees, they also feel happy when they work in the company. This not only enhances the competitiveness of the company, but also reduces the flow of talent. Therefore, this study wants to explore the impact of between employee engagement and employee well-being in the service industry. In addition, this study also added locus of control as moderation to understand the relationship between locus of control on employee engagement and employee well-being.

This study adopted a quantitative study to conduct a questionnaire survey. A total of 450 questionnaires were sent out and employees in the service industry in Taiwan were the subjects of study. Descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, independent-sample T-test, ANOVA (analysis of variance) and regression analysis were used for data analysis. The results of the study show that there is a significant positive relationship between employee engagement and employee well-being; locus of control have a significant moderation relationship between employee engagement and employee well-being.
