In recent years, the major Real Estate Company is generally saturated in the Taiwan market. In such a highly competitive market environment, Real Estate Brokers’ personnel maybe due to the demand for performance, the pressure of supervisors, the framed of the profession, the false reports of the media and their own interests. Affecting the behavioral intentions of real estate agents, which in turn causes the quality of Real Estate Brokers’personnel to be uneven, can be said to be a major threat to the Real Estate Company. Therefore, this study explores Perceived Code of Ethics, Perceived Managers’ Moral Conducts, Moral Value and Real Estate Brokers’ Ethical Behavior Intentions. Convenience Sampling .The main purpose of the questionnaire survey for the people in the midland of Taiwan, a total of 499 effective questionnaires. The results of the study show that perceived code of ethics, perceived managers’ moral conducts, moral value and real estate brokers’ ethical behavior intentions relationship established; the perceived code of ethics significantly affected real estate brokers’ ethical behavior intentions, the perceived managers’ moral conducts significantly affected real estate brokers’ ethical behavior intentions. It can be seen that in order to make the behavior of the Real Estate Brokers’personnel ethical and their own ethics and morality constraints, very important, and the perceived code of ethics of the Real Estate Brokers’personnel, the perceived managers’ moral conducts is also very important.
