本研究的主要目的是在於探討職場靈性透過情緒勞務對工作滿足的影響。研究假設情緒勞務是職場靈性與工作滿足之間的中介變數。本研究以全台國民中小學教師為調查對象,以網路問卷發出,實際回收之有效問卷為427份。以SPSS22統計軟體進行整體結構的評估以及中介效果的分析。實證結果顯示如下:
一、職場靈性對工作滿足有正向影響。
二、情緒勞務對工作滿足有負向影響。
三、情緒勞務對職場靈性與工作滿足之關係無中介效果。
經上述結果,本研究提供了國中小教師一個新的思考方向--藉由提高教師的職場靈性及降低情緒勞務負荷,進而提升教師的工作滿足感。

The purpose of the study is to explore that workplace spirituality affects job satisfaction through emotional labor. The study supposed that emotional labor was a mediation variable between workplace spirituality and jab satisfaction. If workplace spirituality was higher, the teacher’s emotional labor was lower for school, and it improved the job satisfaction. This study surveyed the teachers in Taiwan elementary school and junior high school. There were totally 427 internet questionnaires survey, and the effective rate was 100%. I analyzed the data by using SPSS22 statistical software to evaluate hierarchical regression and mediation effect. I concluded four major results as follows:
1.Workplace spirituality was positively relative to job satisfaction.
2.Emotional labor was negtively relative to job satisfaction.
3.Emotional labor possessed none mediation effect relationship between workplace spirituality and job satisfaction.
According to the above conclusion, this study provided a brand new viewpoint for elementary and junior high schools’ teachers to consider how to promote their own job satisfication. Therefore, I strongly suggest they should positively develop and implement their own workplace spirituality to mitigate the emotional labor for school and furtherly improve themselves job satisfication.
