在已開發國家逐漸步入高齡化社會,加上多油多脂的飲食生活習慣及高壓繁忙的生活環境,使得一般民眾罹患動脈硬化相關疾病的比例日漸提升。然而目前動脈硬化的檢查大多為侵入式,又須前往醫院花費大量時間與金錢做檢查,使民眾就診意願降低。為了達到降低成本以及方便檢測,本研究使用非侵入式的光學量測技術以產生PPG生理訊號,從中取得SI指數來診斷自身動脈硬化程度。本研究設計一套動脈硬化檢測儀,僅需戴上手指探頭並在LCD觸控面板輸入受測者身高, SI指數檢測結果將顯示於LCD觸控面板。在系統上,透過手指探頭電路取得PPG訊號,經過濾波放大電路去除不必要的雜訊同時放大訊號,利用ARM-M4分析PPG訊號中的主波峰、重搏波,計算出SI指數。由於SI指數與動脈硬化等心血管疾病的關係尚未有明確標準,故本研究根據2016年台灣衛福部所做的心血管相關疾病的普查統計,並於醫院進行量測,將所蒐集之數據訂定動脈硬化程度參考指標,提供社會大眾判斷自身是否屬於罹患動脈硬化相關疾病之高風險群。
With the increase in the proportion of the population with aging and atherosclerosis, arteriosclerosis has become an important issue for cardiovascular diseases. In the case of coronary arteriosclerosis, myocardial infarction and stroke may occur at any time and induce the danger for human life. However, there is no non-invasive instrument to evaluate the conditions of coronary angiogram effectly for now adays. If people can process simple inspections and assessments of arterial vascular sclerosis at home, it will be very helpful for older people. According to the condition illustrated above, this study proposes a physiological instrument based on PPG signal for coronary atherosclerosis. Based on the main peak and multiple pulse wave information in the PPG signal, the vascular sclerosis index were calculated to evaluate the possibility of coronary atherosclerosis and prevent myocardial infraction and stroke in advance.
