本文旨在探討國內目前衛教單張設計不足的問題,如何發揮其衛教單張的衛教功能、提升民眾閱讀的興趣,在面臨超高齡的時代來臨,新住民的人口激增,以簡單易懂的衛教單張來增加民眾的健康識能,進而提早預防疾病,在改造衛教單張中應該注意哪些事項,建議在設計衛教單張時可以朝向的方向。本研究以深度訪談法,訪談執業20 年以上的各科專科醫師與專業平面的設計師。整理目前衛教單張現狀的問題與如何改造解決其問題,如年齡層的劃分設計、衛教對象的區隔化設計與加入多國語言,突破單一文字的藩籬,添加圖形、圖像、加強色彩的警覺等,放置QRcode網路連結,加入文創設計之元素在嚴謹的衛教單張中增加趣味性、改善衛教單張的適讀性。研究結論在加入設計後的衛教單張,能夠改善識讀性低的民眾的健康識能,讓患者更能接受醫師的治療建議,瞭解其愈後結果,增進醫病關係。在建議上在現今的網路時代,加強提升互動性的新媒體連結儘早切入年輕族群,使得衛教單張更有趣以及普及化,從日常中就開始教育學習,在青少年時就提升民眾醫療保健的常識,加強就醫者的健康識能,預防勝於治療,進而減少浪費醫療資源。


This research is aimed to explore the problems in the design of the health and education leaflets in Taiwan, and how to give full play to its the health and education functions of the leaflets and increase the interest of the public. As the aging society approached, the population of the new immigrants exploded. Design clear health and education leaflets to increase public health awareness can prevent disease early. To find out what items should be careful in the reform of the health education leaflets, so it can be suggested that the design of the health education leaflets to follow. In this study, the deep-interview method was used to interview experienced doctors and professional graphic designers who have been practicing for more than 20 years. Sort out the current situation of health education leaflets and how to reform to solve the problem. The key to achieve this target is to find out the important factors in improving and designing leaflets. Factors such as age divisions, reader classifications, language options, illustration design, colors, QR code link, and warning instructions all play an important role in leaflet effectiveness. Through creative design, public health advertising fliers could be interesting and easily understood. The study concluded that the design of the health and education leaflets could improve the health knowledge of people with low literacy, make patients more receptive to the treatment suggestions of doctors, understand the results of their recovery, and enhance the relationship between doctors and patients. In the age of technology, combining interactive multimedia and the traditional flyer can make information more popular and accessible for the younger generation. Start from improving the public health care knowledge for the youth in daily life, strengthen the health awareness of the doctor. Prevention is better than treatment, it can reduce the waste of medical resources.
