After 2-5 years of illness, the patient will gradually weaken and shrink due to muscles, and eventually cause long-term bed rest, inability to vocalize, swallow and breathe. If you don't use a respirator, your life will be threatened and die. Patients and their families face this sudden and serious blow. Psychological emotions will be affected repeatedly in the denial, anger, bargaining, frustration, and acceptance. In particular, the main caregivers in the family, in addition to the psychological load, also face the difficulties of various medical choices in the process of disease degradation, the integration with the needs of patient care, the challenges of personal life and physical load, and the threat of family economic hardship. And even the dilemma of conflicts with the concept of patients or other relatives and friends. Therefore, it was originally the object served by TMNDA. In the face of bereavement and end of care responsibility and work, I am willing to stay in TMNDA to continue to contribute my own expertise and care experience and the factors, and then propose a strategy to promote the transfer of more family members to help others, it is The purpose of this study. In this study, qualitative research was used as a method and in-depth interviews were used to collect data. Three interviewees had received TMNDA services, and had served as family members of actual nursing patients with gradual freezing, and a social worker of TMNDA, and collected by questionnaire 4 Practical experience and opinions of social workers. After analyzing the collected data and comparing with the literature and the practitioner's practical experience, it is found that: 1. Resilience can help the recipients to cope with the dilemma of life; 2. The helper history theory can be used to assist the recipients to turn to help. In providing service strategies for organizations to develop recipients to help: 1. Organizations should attach importance to and establish this service mechanism; 2. Establish good relationships with target audiences, explore their traits and expertise, and actively invite participation services; 3. Continue to apply for training and support meetings related to helper services; 4. Transform service methods and contents in a timely manner; 5. Establish a multi-disciplinary helper model.
