背景
洗手已被確定為預防衛生保健機構中與健康相關的感染的最重要環節。研究指出醫療人員的洗手遵從性低，可能與與洗手認知不足有關… 。
本研究旨在探索 NGU HANH SON DISTRICT 醫療中心的護士， 助產士和技術人員的日常手部衛生知識差異。
方法：本研究採橫斷性研究設計，以結構式「保健工作者手衛生知識調查表」問卷為工具調查 NGU HANH SON DISTRICT 醫療中心的 71 位護士， 9 位助產士和 17 位技術人員，對洗手認知之差異。
結果：研究結果顯示知識平均得分為 20.46±1.46； 87.63％的參與者俱有良好的知識水平。助產士的洗手知識得分高於技術人員
結論：本研究結果希望提供臨床實務上之參考。

Background: Hand hygiene has been confirmed as a paramount link of preventing healthcare-associated infections in health facilities. Health care workers' hand hygiene compliance rate was low. We found that the causes related to low handwashing compliance were identified as inadequate knowledge about hand hygiene...
Aim: To explore the differences the knowledge of hand hygiene among nurses, midwives and technicians at the NGU HANH SON district health center.
Methods: This study applied the cross-sectional descriptive research design, used the "Hand Hygiene Knowledge Questionnaire for Health-Care Workers" of WHO, structured as a tool to investigate the differences the knowledge of hand hygiene among 71 nurses, 9 midwives and 17 technicians at the NGU HANH SON district health center.
Results: The results showed the mean knowledge score was 20.46 ±1.46; 87.63% participants had good level in the field of knowledge. Hand hygiene knowledge score of midwives higher than that of technicians.
Conclusion: The results of this study are hope to provide a reference for clinical practice.
