The concept of internal marketing employed in the service sector is essential to the distinguished provision. In this study, the effect of each dimension of internal marketing on each dimension of teacher job satisfaction and school effectiveness of high school was tested. The researcher utilized statistical instruments, correlation analysis, and regression analysis to conduct the analysis of the main experiment, and the data were collected from 210 teachers in high school in Vietnam. The results showed that each dimension of internal marketing positively related to most of the dimension of teacher job satisfaction and school effectiveness. The research results are that those in charge of high schools need to bring attention to internal marketing plans of reaching goals.
