為探討目前澳門地區食物銀行的實踐情形與實務做法,本論文擇定「明愛明糧坊」為研究個案探討之,以了解「明糧坊」的社會效益與影響。「明糧坊」總署在澳門岡頂前地一號A地下,為方便服務各區市民,分別設立四個服務站—北區服務站、北區服務分站,中區服務站(總署)和石排灣服務站,澳門明愛於2011年9月26日正式承辦「明糧坊」短期食物補助服務。本研究係採質性研究中個案研究法,並結合次級資料法的研究方式,來析探研究個案的成效與影響,研究結果可作為其他社會企業、學者專家和社會大眾之參考。
In order to study the current food bank’s practices in Macao, this paper selects “Ming Liang Fang"as a case to explore the social benefits and impacts. The "Ming Liang Fang" located on the ground floor of No.1A, Largo de Santo Agostinho, Macau. For the convenience of the residents who live in different area, it establishes four service stations: North District Service Station; North District Service Sub-station; Central District Service Station (headquarter) and Seac-Pai-Van Service Station. Macao Caritas officially undertook "Ming Liang Fang" temporary food supply service on September 26, 20110. This study employs case study method with the secondary data method to analyze the effectiveness and impact of the case -"Ming Liang Fang". The results can be used as other social enterprises, researchers and the public.
