The research object is the Magnetic Assisted Generator which is a type of axial generator. When the Magnetic Assisted Generator magnetics enter and leave the coils, the magnetics induced by the coils to help the generator rotor suck and push respectively. We name this invention of the technology the Magnetic Assisted Generator. This study analyzes optimized design of the Magnetic Assisted Generator. This research method refers to Taguchi design method, by using existing materials and design parameters of the Magnetic Assisted Generator. The study use parameter design for nominal-the-most big of the Taguchi Method. This study chooses eight design parameters: Types of magnet, Distances between coil and magnet, Quantity of Magnetic Assisted of coils, Copper wire diameters, Copper wire winding number in coil, Capacitors, Number of capacitors in series, Rridge rectifier. Finally, use the test results to select the best design parameters. This study uses an Electronic loader, Tachometer and Oscilloscope, to measure test Magnetic Assisted Generator generated voltages, Rotating speeds and AC wave types. This study use DC motor drive Magnetic Assisted Generator to control the rotation speed, 1500 rpm. Measuring the output voltage of Magnetic Assisted Generator using an electronic loader. The oscilloscope is used to record and analyze the power state generated by the magnetic assist generator. Finally, the optimization results are used as the best design parameters.
