The study integrated the employee proactivity personality, information exchange, and trust in team members to develop a model on team performance that conducted in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Proactive employees prepare themselves with resources in anticipation of effecting changes. The study proposes that proactive employees contribute on team performance by information exchange and team trust. The relationship between proactive personality and team trust will be fully intermediated by information exchange and the relationship between information exchange and team performance will be fully intermediated by team trust. This study used descriptive statistics analysis in order to easy get on well with trends in their data, besides that, to increase the level of validity and reliability as long as the clarity of the thesis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and reliability analysis and Sobelt test were also been used. The result of this study discussed the implications of the findings for job performance theory and research in team level, give recommendations for Theory, Practice and Future Studies as well.
