當建築設計的流程與規模逐漸擴展的今天,隨著科技越趨進步的今天,電腦輔助設計成為了主流,圖紙的式微與新科技的應用,開始出現越來越多的科技輔助建築設計,然而建築產業的三大領域 ,建築(Architecture),工程(Engineering),營造(Construction)之中,為了各專業領域間的溝通協調、資料傳遞與資訊承載的原因,同時為了整合這三大建築領域,透過建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling)概念的建立,開展了建築設計流程的協作模式,試圖結合各領域專業者的專業知識、軟體整合與應用,能夠利用電腦模型的幫助,建立三維像度空間模型,設計、對照、協作、模擬,協同一個建築案裡面存在的各專業知識,試圖統一彼此資訊的檔案溝通格式的建立,到設計流程的責任歸屬與分工釐清,都能在一套模型檔案裡面完成,從最早期的電腦三維像度(3 Dimension, 3D)模型開始,加入了時間(4D),成本預算(5D),甚至含括後續的維護管理與保養維護,智能設備的確立,如此多樣龐雜的數據與資訊資料庫的產生與後續資訊轉移的交接,若能在各個階段完成時,透過交易進行的方法與交易記錄的確立,使得使用者更為願意提供資訊的完整性,因為這些資訊透過交易能夠換取即時的利益。
上述流程包含了多階層的來回資訊傳遞與交易執行,本研究期望透過區塊鏈(Blockachain)架構的應用,推進建築設計流程的進展與加深多方專業合作的信任,利用區塊鏈架構所延伸的智能合約(Smart Contract)來作為交易關鍵階段發生時的流程自動化執行,進行程式碼的演算法驗證,並且同時聯結第三方單位來進行資訊交換的正確性與公正性,同時確保了資訊交接的過程與價值交換的產生,透過交易的方式來提升使用者對於科技系統所帶來的便利性,如同人類從最早期的以物易物,發展至後來的貝殼、錢幣、紙鈔,到如今的信用卡支付、網路轉帳交易、手機支付,金錢的價值不再是觸手可及的實體,取而代之的是一串電腦資訊的程式代碼,與一行數字與交易記錄的產生,而我們可以藉此換來我們所需要的事物,甚至是資訊的交換,價值的交易。
本論文主要完成的部分,提出以下三點討論:
1_建築協作流程的交易節點探討
2_區塊鏈架構應用於建築協作的優勢
3_智能合約應用於建築設計交易平台

This paper has developed a blockchain framework for architectural collaboration. The framework is composed of building information modeling (BIM) systems that adopt Etherum to develop a simulation of Smart Contract Platform e.g. payment terms, liens, confidentially, even enforcement. From data assets to graphical information, the systems create a building life-cycle passport in every design transaction, which ensures the real and right information from this platform with transaction records. The contribution of this research includes: (1) redefining architectural collaboration by providing a blockchain framework with peer-to-peer transaction networks; (2) enhancing architectural design workflow by adopting blockchain framework; (3) architectural transaction platform adopting Smart Contract that can execute automatically
