企業於實務經營上,多追求業績成長及永續經營,不過多數的企業經理人或高階主管為了獲得持續成長的成果,極有可能過度專注於自身企業而忽視了產業環境中的其他企業組織。然而,企業之經營過程實際上將會與諸多不同的組織發生往來關係,藉此組織與組織間就建立起彼此之關係,而經由一開始之組織間關係的建立,隨即將衍生出後續關於關係之維持與鞏固等組織間的活動。且在諸多因素的加總下,今日之產業環境變動飛快,一企業若僅思考自身之發展,而不考慮與其他企業組織的組織間關係,則將難以因應其變化,導致企業在成長上容易遭遇瓶頸。

故本研究欲探討一企業為求穩健發展,則其成長策略的制定與組織間關係二者之關聯性為何。在研究中,將透過安索夫矩陣與IMP互動與網絡觀點中的ARA構面作為學術觀點以檢視實務現象,而在企業實務上,本文將藉由一家位於台南之食品加工企業為例,透過多次訪談與討論進行個案陳述,並從中利用學術理論與企業實務的來回對話及互動,其中亦包含作者自身的聲音,進而歸納出相關意涵與結論,且希望藉此研究提出之觀點有助於後續相關研究之發展,亦可以在企業實務上提供相關作法與反思供其他企業經理人參考。
The purpose of this research was to investigate the growth of corporate, also, further discussion is carried out from the perspective of inter-organizational relationships. In this study, through Ansoff matrix and ARA viewpoint in IMP perspective as academic point of view to examine the practice and practice in the enterprise, this article will be adopted by a located in Tainan of the food processing enterprise as an example, through interview and discussion of case stated many times, and to use the academic theory and business practice back-and-forth dialogue and interaction, which also contains the author's own voice, which induces the related implications and conclusion, and hopes to study and put forward the idea of help to the development of related research, also can provide relevant practice and reflection on the enterprise practice reference for other enterprise managers.
