目的:疲勞是身體所傳遞出的一種信號,指的是動作或運動表現未達正常水
準且身體有不舒服的情況產生,不論是運動員或是一般人在日常生活中都會有疲
勞的狀況發生,本研探討成份含牛磺酸、L-精氨酸、維生素B6、β-胡蘿蔔素的混
合型運動飲料是否具有抗疲勞及提升運動表現之功效評估。方法:透過動物模式
設計,使用50 隻6 週齡大的ICR 雄性小鼠,並分為5 組,空白對照組 (Vehicle) 、
等熱量組 (Sugar) 、1 倍劑量組 (MLH-1X) 、2 倍劑量組 (MLH-2X) 、5 倍劑量
組 (MLH-5X) 進行28 天的介入後,會進行前肢抓力之肌力測試、負重5%游泳
力竭之耐力運動測試及運動後乳酸 (Lactate) 、肌酸激酶 (Creatine kinase,CK) 、
血液尿素氮 (Blood Urea Nitrogen,BUN) 等疲勞相關生化指標分析。結果:經補
充28 天運動飲料後,前肢抓力與負重游泳力竭之運動表現皆顯著提升,此外,
經15 分鐘運動挑戰試驗證實,運動前補充運動飲料有效降低運動後血乳酸、肌
酸激酶、血液尿素氮。並隨著運動飲料的劑量越高,運動測試之表現及降低運動
後血中乳酸、肌酸激酶、血液尿素氮效果與越好。結論:經補充運動飲料28 天可
以提升肌力、耐力運動之表現及降低運動後血中乳酸、肌酸激酶、血液尿素氮之
濃度,有助於減少疲勞之功效。
Purpose: Fatigue is a kind of signal transmitted by the body. It refers to decrease
the movement and exercise performance and feel uncomfortable. To investigate whether
the mixed sports drinks containing taurine, L-arginine, vitamin B6 and β-carotene have
anti-fatigue and exercise performance evaluation. Methouds: Through the animal
model design, 6-weeks-old ICR male mice were used and divided into 5 groups (n=10
per grup) : control group (Vehicle) , the isocalorie group (Sugar), the 1-fold of group
(MLH-1X), 2-fold of group (MLH-2X) ,and 5-fold of group (MLH-5X) , after 28 days
of intervention, the muscle strength test of the forelimb grip, the endurance exercise test
of 5% swimming exhaustion, and the post-exercise lactic acid (Lactate) were
performed. ) , analysis of fatigue-related biochemical indicators such as Creatine kinase
(CK) and Blood Urea Nitrogen (BUN) . Conclusion: After supplementing the sports
drink for 28 days, it can improve the performance of muscle strength and endurance
exercise and reduce the concentration of lactic acid, creatine kinase and blood urea
nitrogen in the blood after exercise, which helps to reduce the effect of fatigue.
