背景:近年來有研究利用網路介入飲食教育進行減重計畫,但利用網路即時通訊營養教育結合運動來進行體重控制的相關研究較少,對於網路即時通訊營養教育與一般傳統營養教育對於體重控制效益有待進一步的科學研究驗證。目的:探討網路即時通訊營養教育結合運動對於體重控制及體適能的影響。方法: 以20名(15位女性、5位男性)身體質量指數(body mass index, BMI)體位異常者(BMI≧24kg/m2)為本研究的受試者,平均年齡為33.05±6.27歲,將20人隨機分成二組,網路組BMI為27.63±2.34 kg/m2,一般組BMI為27.75±3.15 kg/m2,實驗介入網路組每週選3天額外以網路通訊於單餐進食前拍照上傳給予營養師評估諮詢,一般組每週選3天自行拍照記錄飲食,於週末統一上傳給予營養師紀錄分析,另兩組皆需參與每週團體營養教育課程和每週1次團體有氧運動及每週3次自主訓練。所得資料以成對樣本T檢定分析各項數據前後的差異,並以獨立樣本T檢定分析兩組間各項數據之差異。結果: 經由8週實驗介入,網路組及一般組於身體組成(體重、體脂率、腰圍、臀圍)皆有達到顯著性下降(p<.05),但在兩組相比卻無顯著性差異(p>.05);在體適能表現(肌耐力、柔軟度、心肺耐力)各組前後測皆有顯著性提升(p<.05),但兩組間相比無顯著性差異(p>.05);在熱量分析雖有達到降低熱量攝取,但網路組與一般組與前後測變化率相比無達到顯著性差異(p>.05)結論: 使用一般營養教育結合運動及網路通訊營養教育結合運動皆能使身體組成有顯著性下降,熱量攝取下降及體適能的表現提升,但兩組之間無差異,顯示網路通訊並無法提供更多額外的成效。
Introduction: In recent years, there have been studies incorporating the Internet in diet education for weight management. However, there are few studies including online instant messaging nutrition education combined with exercise for weight control. The benefits of using Internet or general traditional nutrition education in weight control are subject to further scientific investigation. Objective: Explore the effects of online instant messaging nutrition education combined with exercise on weight control and fitness. Methods: Twenty (15 female, 5 male) people with body mass index (BMI) higher than 24kg/m2 participated in study, with an average age of 33.05±6.27 years. Subjects were randomly divided into two groups, network and control group. The BMI of the network group was 27.63±2.34 kg/m2, and the BMI of the control group was 27.75±3.15 kg/m2. The network group choose 3 days a week to upload meal photos instantly before a single meal to the dietitian for evaluation and consultation. The control group took photos for 3 days a week and uploaded to the dietitian at the end of week. All subjects received group nutrition education, and aerobic exercise once a week and 3 times self-training per week. The data obtained were analyzed by paired t-test to analyze the differences before and after the intervention. The differences between the data of the two groups were analyzed by independent sample t-test. Results: After 8 weeks of experimental intervention, the body composition (body weight, body fat percentage, waist circumference, hip circumference) showed a significant decrease (p < .05) in two group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (p>.05). There was a significant increase in physical fitness (muscle endurance, softness, cardio-respiratory) before and after in each group (p<.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (p>.05). All subjects achieved a reduction in caloric intake, although the network group did not reach a significant difference compared with the control group (p>.05) Conclusion: The use of nutrition education combined with exercise and online communication nutrition education significantly reduce body composition, lower calorie intake and improve fitness. There is no difference between the two groups, indicating that network communication cannot provide extra benefits.
