臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究主要目的為探討公務人員工作壓力的現況，並比較不同背景因素的公務人員在工作壓力與壓力因應策略的差異情形，採用問卷調查法，研究對象以彰化縣鄉鎮市公所所屬公務人員為母群體，採取分層隨機抽樣方式實施問卷調查，抽取850名為公務人員為樣本，以工作壓力量表及壓力因應策略量表施以評量，回收有效問卷750份，有效回收率88.24％，並透過描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析與皮爾森積差相關等統計方法，進行資料分析，研究結論如下：
壹、公務人員工作壓力感受屬於中下程度，其工作壓力分別來自工作負荷、專業知識、人際關係與角色衝突，其中以工作負荷的壓力最大。
貳、公務人員工作壓力在年齡、教育程度、服務年資、婚姻狀況、職等、職務、業務性質等背景變項達顯著。
參、公務人員在面對壓力時，較趨向運用積極的因應策略去紓解壓力，其壓力的因應策略分別為尋求支持、問題解決、情緒調適與逃避問題，以尋求支持之策略最常被使用。
肆、公務人員壓力因應策略在性別、年齡、教育程度、服務年資、婚姻狀況、職等、職務、單位性質等背景變項達顯著。
伍、公務人員之工作壓力與壓力因應策略有顯著相關性

The main purposes of this study were to investigate the work stress of governmental employees, to compare the work stress differences among them, and to analyze their stress coping strategies. The study used questionnaires to collect data from governmental employees of town and city offices in Changhua County Government. In order to achieve the purposes, the author to developed the tool “work stress questionnaire” and “stress coping strategies questionnaire” for a survey. By the stratified random method, among the 850 questionnaires issued, a total of 750 effective questionnaires were received. The valid sample returns-ratio is 88.24%. Raw data were analyzed in SPSS with statistic method including descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation. Results indicate that awareness of governmental employees’ work stress is considerably low, with higher degree on “workload”, and the rest of them. If listed from “most significant” to “least significant,” were: professional knowledge, interpersonal relationship and role conflict. The work stress of the governmental employees has significant changes in terms of age, education level, length of service, marital status, grade, position, and nature of business. The governmental employees can adopt the positive stress coping strategies. The strategies that most governmental employees adopt to cope with the work stress were: help seeking, solving skills, emotional adjustment, and problem avoidance. The pressure of the governmental employees has significant changes in terms of gender, age, the level of education, length of service, marital status, grade, position, and nature.The work stress of the governmental employees has a significant correlation with the stress coping strategy.
