每年5 月至11 月颱風及防汛期間常因豪雨大量雨水透過下水道系統流入污水處理廠,大型抽水機設備全載運轉增加了污水處理廠的營運成本,豪雨期間路面積水造成路面坑洞,因而操作人員必須趕赴各截流設施操作現場設備因而容易發生危險。本研究以此案例評估及分析在人機系統整合之優缺點並提出改善建議,透過現代通訊整合技術,將分散於各處截流站設施例如:水閘門、大型抽水機等設備,集中於中控室並透過SCADA資料採集與監控系統的功能特性,包含:數據採集系統、數據傳輸系統、HMI 軟體、伺服器主機,使用異質分散式遠端監視與控制整合技術,提升截流設施功能達到遠端監視與控制系統為主要目標。
During typhoon and flood control period from May to November every year, a
lot of rainwater flows into sewage treatment plant through sewer system. The fullload operation of large-scale pumping equipment increases the operation cost of sewage treatment plant. During rainstorm, water accumulates on the road surface and causes road pits. Therefore, operators must rush to the interception facilities to operate on-site equipment. This study evaluates and analyses the merits and demerits of the integration of man-machine system and puts forward suggestions for improvement. Through modern communication integration technology, the equipment such as sluice gates and large pumps will be dispersed in the interception station facilities, centralized in the central control room, and through SCADA data acquisition and monitoring system functions. It includes: data acquisition system,data transmission system, HMI software, server host, using heterogeneous distributed remote monitoring and control integration technology to enhance the function of interception facilities to achieve remote monitoring and control system as the main goal.
