This study explored whether authoritarian leadership affect team performance through team climate and team trust in team level.

This subject of study is the teams in high-tech industry and traditional industries. Through the questionnaire survey method, 270 samples in 90 teams were distributed and 239 questionnaires of 71 groups were collected. The rate of return was 89%.

Through SPSS analysis software, the research hypotheses were tested by descriptive statistics, reliability and validity, correlation and regression analysis. The results showed that:
(1)Authoritarian leadership has a significant negative relationship with team climate and team performance.
(2)Team climate and team trust have a significant positive relationship with team performance.
(3)Team climate has a mediating effect on the relationship between authoritarian leadership and team performance.
