近年人們常使用的液晶電視或各類智慧型行動裝置如手機、平板電腦等皆廣泛地使用到顯示器技術。這些液晶顯示器是由數個基礎零件組成,而光學膜正是顯示器產業中的關鍵性零組件。光學膜在製造生產過程中使用數種有機溶劑及其他化學物質用以加工生產,從事生產作業中的勞工將持續暴露於這些危害當中。因此,本研究以某光學補償膜製造工廠為例。以採氣袋、MCE濾紙、不銹鋼吸附管、DNPH醛酮氣體採樣管搭配個人採樣泵浦,並透過TD-GC-MS、Micro-GC、ICP-OES、HPLC等儀器進行分析,依採樣結果對此工廠從事生產作業的勞工進行暴露健康風險評估。研究結果顯示作業勞工暴露於乙酸乙酯之危害指數HI平均值為0.87,惟某勞工達1.17超過可接受值;暴露於丁酮及丙酮之危害指數HI平均值為0.04及0.02皆遠小於1,不具顯著健康危害性。此工廠之作業勞工暴露於化學性因子鎳、甲醛及乙醛之致癌性風險皆落於職業暴露可接受風險之範圍(10-6~10-4),而此產業因使用較多的有機溶劑,部分作業區域經化學性因子相加效應後仍有潛在的風險性。須予以改善,保障勞工健康安全。


Liquid crystal display (LCD)TV and intelligent portable devices (such as smartphones and tablets) are widely used display technologies. The optical film is the indispensable key component for LCD industry. Organic solvents and other chemical materials are used in optical film manufacturing process, which might cause health hazard to the worker. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the health risk of occupational exposure to those compounds in an optical film factory. Air VOCs sampling and analysis were conducted by using a Micro-GC and TD-GC/MS method. Air carbonyls were collected using 2,4-Dinitrophenyldrazine (DNPH) tubes and analyzed by HPLC. Metal in dust were collected by MCE filter and analyzed using ICP-OES method. The results of the study revealed that the average non-cancer hazard index (HI) of ethyl acetate was 0.87, and only one worker exposed higher ethyl acetate (HI=1.17). The HIs for occupational exposure to butanone and acetone were 0.04 and 0.02, respectively, which indicate there was no significant health hazard caused by butanone and acetone exposures. The total cancer risk of occupational exposure to carcinogens (nickel, formaldehyde and acetaldehyde) in this factory was estimated within the acceptable risk range (10-6~10-4). Some improvement strategies such as engineering control or administration management might be used to reduce potential health risk posed by exposures to chemicals used in this factory.
