This study takes ship stabilizer shaft overhaul project as an example. Relevant material items, with reference to the technical documents and work items list of each type of ship stabilizer,is combined with the civil shipyard to explore the maintenance method and the material search.We also develop the relevant components, break through the existing technical methods, and complete tests. When the cost of the bushings is found during construction, the material parameters are substituted into the calculation program system. We concentrate on mechanics analysis of the stabilizer shaft bushing, and the ANSYS finite element is used. To establish the model, and set the material parameters and conditions for mechanical analysis, we simulate the shape, strain and stress analysis of the model with the variable pressure data, and evaluating the damage of the bushing after the sea scorpion growing on the stabilizer shaft. The data provides reference to the subsequent survy and inspection reference of the Navy maintenance factory.
