　　本研究旨在探究青少年之孤寂感在依附關係與情緒困擾間之中介效果，亦即探討依附關係如何藉孤寂感進而預測情緒困擾，研究參與者主要取自高雄和屏東兩個地區，共有813位國中生（男生412位、女生401位）。研究結果重點如下：
一、青少年依附關係、孤寂感與情緒困擾之現況
（一）在三種依附對象，依附焦慮與依附逃避的依附程度高低依序為父親、母親、朋友。
（二）孤寂感分數之平均未達量表之中點（2.5分），顯示其孤寂感的現況傾向為中等偏低程度。
（三）情緒困擾分數之平均為百分等級79，顯示其情緒困擾現況為偏高程度。
二、青少年孤寂感中介效果之檢定
（一）在三種依附關係，母親與父親的依附逃避皆是正向預測情緒困擾，唯有朋友的依附逃避，為負向預測情緒困擾；而三個依附對象的依附焦慮，皆是正向預測情緒困擾。
（二）在三種不同對象的依附關係，孤寂感在依附關係（焦慮、逃避）與情緒困擾扮演部分中介變項的角色。
（三）在三種依附關係皆呈現依附焦慮對情緒困擾預測的整體效果均大於依附逃避。然而，與朋友的依附逃避對情緒困擾預測的整體效果未達顯著。

　　The purpose of this study was to explore the mediating effect of the loneliness between attachment and emotional disturbance for adolescents; that is, to explore the mechanism how adolescent attachment predicted their emotional disturbance thorough loneliness. The participants included 813 junior high school students (412 male and 401 female) from Kaohsiung and Pingtung cities. The main results in the study were as follows:
1. Descriptive analysis of adolescent attachment, loneliness and emotional disturbance:
(1) For the attachment with three objects, the scores of anxious attachment and avoidant attachment were the highest for Father-attachment, followed by Mother-attachment and Friend-attachment.
(2) The average score of loneliness did not reach the midpoint of the scale (2.5 points), indicating that the degree of adolescent loneliness tends to be moderately low.
(3) The average score of emotional disturbance was in the 79th percentile, meaning that the adolescent emotional disturbance is quite severe.
2. The mediating effect of the loneliness for adolescents:
(1) The avoidant attachment with mother and father positively predicted emotional disturbance. However, avoidant attachment with friends predicted emotional disturbance negatively. The anxious attachment with three objects positively predicted emotional disturbance.
(2) Loneliness partially mediated the relationship between attachment (anxiety and avoidance) and emotional disturbance for three different objects.
(3) The overall effect of anxious attachment on emotional disturbance was greater than that of avoidant attachment. However, the overall effect of Friend-attachment avoidance on emotional disturbance was not significant.
