This research focuses on the influence of personality traits on job satisfaction and turnover intention in a brigade of R.O.C marine corps in north Taiwan, and then analyze the difference and relations on satisfaction and turnover intention between different personality traits by using questionnaires which is based on the research purpose and other researches. The questionnaires were issued 100 copies and collected 97 valid samples; the effective response rate was 97%. The reliability and validity are both higher than the stander. It is planned to issue more than 90% of the volunteers in the unit to carry out a questionnaire survey. The results are based on narrative statistical methods, reliability analysis, independent sample t-test and single-factor variability. Different from demographic variables are important to the research facet. Factor; while personality traits, job satisfaction, turnover intention and personality traits have a significant impact on job satisfaction, the regression analysis is used to conduct research, which can provide unit reference through empirical results, thereby reducing the tendency of volunteer soldiers to resign, increasing the retention rate is to increase the combat strength of the troops.
