本論文主要是以雷射加熱提拉生長法(Laser-heated pedestal growth, LHPG),
來製作二氧化碲晶體的雙包覆層晶體光纖,並且在脈搏量測上做應用。
我們首先使用 CO 2 雷射加熱提拉生長法製作出,外層纖衣為低溫玻璃(Pyres
glass),內層纖衣為 Pyrex+TeO 2 混合材料,最內側的纖核為單晶 TeO 2 的雙包覆
層晶體光纖(TeO 2 DCF)。此光纖特點為具有 M e =793×10 -18 s 3 /g 優秀的聲光係數,
在聲波的感測上有莫大的潛能。
我們在 TeO 2 DCF 上測試了在不同聲波下的頻譜量測,藉由聲波造成光的折
射率變化,能檢測出不同頻率與強度的聲音,並且將其應用在脈搏的感測上,量
測出正常狀態與缺氧狀態下的時域變化,並與心電圖做分析比較。
This thesis mainly focuses on producing tellurium dioxide double-cladding crystal
fiber (TeO2 DCF),by using Laser-Heated Pedestal Growth(LHPG).First,we use CO2
laser with LHPG to make fiber,the outercladding is pyres glass,innercladding is mixed
material that pyres glass and single crystal tellurium dioxide,while the inner core is
single-crystal tellurium dioxide(TeO2),and use it as a new double-cladding crystal
fiber.The feature of fiber have M e =793×10 -18 s 3 /g acousto-optic coefficient.It is great
potential for sensing acoustic wave.
We tested the spectral measurements different sound waves on the TeO2 DCF, and
the sounds of different frequencies and intensities can be detected by the refractive
index change of the light caused by the sound waves. We apply it to the sensing of the
pulse to measure the time domain changes in normal and hypoxic conditions,and
compared with ECG analysis.
