The triathlon has been popular in recent years, and the number of players and enthusiasts who have invested in this project is increasing. However, there are not many studies on the physical and mental load and stress caused by training and competition for the triathletes. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to 1. Evaluate the sleep quality of the triathletes of junior college triathletes, 2. Evaluate the emotional state of the triathletes of college triathletes, and combine the above items to explore the physical and mental profiles of the triathletes of domestic junior juniors. This study evaluated the physical and mental profile of thirteen youth triathletes under period training. It was found that the training component had the highest amount of training in the one month before the competition, and there was no significant difference in the total score of the emotional assessment of the Profile of Mood States (POMS). However, during the competition period, the tension score increased, and the peak fatigue and frustration scores during the training period increased. The total score of the personal fatigue questionnaire assessment did not change significantly during the survey period, but did not increase significantly during the peak training period. The Pittsburgh Sleep Scale (PSQI) showed no significant differences in total scores and indices. Overall, based on the evaluation questionnaire used in this survey, the college players had good mood and sleep state during the survey period, indicating that the players' self-discipline ability, time schedule and mentality adjustment were all good. Using a questionnaire to evaluate this approach does not interfere with the coach's training schedule and does not have any invasive or excessive effects on the player.
