  許多研究都證實休閒遊憩活動具有健康促進效果,而久坐行為或生活型態反而對健康有不利的影響,因此探討休閒久坐行為對健康的影響效果成為本研究的重要問題。休閒久坐行為是中高齡者生活中常見的一部份,且中高齡者的身心健康也開始產生變化與衰退。故本研究的目的為探討休閒久坐行為對中高齡者健康之影響,以及探討不同休閒久坐行為對中高齡者健康影響之差異。
  經文獻探討後設計結構式問卷,將休閒久坐行為分為社交娛樂、藝文文化、嗜好活動三類;健康採用自覺健康、自覺生理限制、生活滿意度、壓力與憂鬱等五指標。於社群網路Facebook及通訊軟體Line針對45歲以上中高齡者進行非隨機取樣收集資料,共回收297份有效問卷。統計方法以相關分析及多元迴歸分析進行。
  研究結果指出,休閒久坐行為對中高齡者健康有影響效果,而且不同類別的影響效果不同。無控制休閒非久坐行為與日常久坐行為的情況下,社交娛樂休閒久坐行為對自覺健康有負向影響效果、即參與量愈大自覺健康程度愈低,對自覺生理限制與憂鬱有正向影響效果、即參與量愈大自覺生理限制程度與憂鬱程度愈高,藝文文化對生活滿意度有正向影響效果、即參與量愈大生活滿意度愈高;而在控制休閒非久坐行為與日常久坐行為的情況下,社交娛樂與嗜好活動休閒久坐行為分別對自覺健康與生活滿意度有負向影響效果,分別為參與量愈大自覺健康程度愈低、生活滿意度愈低。
  建議中高齡者,應該盡可能減少參與社交娛樂、嗜好活動休閒久坐行為,並多參與戶外遊憩休閒非久坐行為,以促進身心健康。

Many studies have confirmed that leisure activities have health promotion effects, and sedentary behavior or sedentary lifestyle has adverse effects on health. Therefore, exploring the effect of leisure sedentary behavior on health has become an important issue in this study. Leisure sedentary behavior is a common part of middle-aged and older adults. And the physical and mental health of middle-aged and older adults is beginning to change and decline. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of leisure sedentary behavior on the health of middle-aged and older adults. Moreover, explore the differences in the effects of different leisure sedentary behaviors on the health.
This study developed a questionnaire about leisure sedentary behavior and health by literature reviewed. The factors of leisure sedentary behavior include social-entertainment, art-culture and hobby. The factors of health include self-rated health, self-reported physiological limitation, life satisfaction, stress and depression. The questionnaires were distributed for middle-aged and older adults on Facebook and Line. 297 valid questionnaires were collected. Correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis was used.
The results of the study indicate that leisure sedentary behavior has an effect on the health of middle-aged and older adults, and the effects of different categories are different. Under the condition of adjusted leisure non-sedentary behavior and daily sedentary behavior, social-entertainment leisure sedentary behavior has a negative effect on self-rated health, that is, the greater the participation, the lower the degree of self-rated health, and the positive effect on self-reported physiology limitation and depression, that is, the greater the participation, the higher the degree of self-reported physiological limitation and the degree of depression, the positive influence of art and culture on life satisfaction, that is, the greater the participation, the higher the life satisfaction. While adjusted leisure non-sedentary behavior and daily sedentary behavior, social-entertainment and hobby activities leisure sedentary behavior have a negative impact on self-rated health and life satisfaction, respectively, the greater the participation, the lower the self-rated health, the lower the life satisfaction .It is recommended that middle-aged and older adults should minimize the participation in social-entertainment and hobbies leisure sedentary behavior. Participate in outdoor recreation leisure non-sedentary behavior more, to promote physical and psychological health.
