策略一直是企業為了維持競爭力與追求永續經營必須執行的關鍵行動。然而,企業所需要的知識資源不全然由內部自行發展,亦可能從外部市場交易或經由合作發展取得。在面對變動快速以及愈趨激烈的產業競爭環境,企業透過參與策略聯盟不僅可以共同分擔成本與分散風險,亦可快速取得互補性資源,進而創造組織內部能耐與公司績效等價值。
本研究之母體為西元2017年台灣地區排名前5000名之企業,其中按母體比例分配,以分層隨機抽樣方式抽取500個樣本。於500份問卷寄發過程中,共回收165份問卷,扣除10份無效問卷,共計155份有效問卷,有效回收率31%。本研究採用迴歸分析來驗證所提出之研究假設。實證結果顯示:
A、移轉異質性與公司績效之間的U形關係,有正向顯著關係。
B、吸收能耐調和移轉異質性和公司績效之間的U形關係,有正向顯著關係。
C、創新能耐調和移轉異質性和公司績效之間的U形關係,有正向顯著關係。
本文最後提出結論與建議,供企業界和後續研究者參考。

Strategy always be a key action for business to maintain their competitiveness and pursuit the sustainable development. However, a firm's critical resources may extend beyond firm boundaries and may be embedded in interfirm collaboration. Strategy alliances which in the competitive era has become an important source for knowledge resources which is not only to reduces costs and risks but also a strategic and effective means to acquire complementary assets, create internal organizational competences and firm's performance.
In this study, the population was from the ranked 5000 of the companies in Taiwan in 2017. This study adopted proportion allocation in stratified random sampling to draw 500 samples. The 500 questionnaires were sent out, 165 copies were returned, 10 invalid samples were removed, and there was 155 valid copies with effective response rate was 31%. Regression Analysis was utilized to test the hypotheses of this study. The results of this study are shown as follows:
A.The U curve relationship between transfer heterogeneity and firm performance is positive significantly.
B.The moderating effect of absorptive capacity between transfer heterogeneity and firm performance is positive significantly.
C.The moderating effect of innovation capacity between transfer heterogeneity and firm performance is positive significantly.
Managerial implications and further research suggestions are discussed.
