This study mainly explores how a new entrant identifies the existing industrial constraints and its competitive disadvantages. And, this new entrant uses opportunity identification and value migration to build its resources for implementing bricolage processes. This study uses Sesame Opening Entrepreneurial Space as a single-case study to analyze the primary data from interviewing the participants with research questions during a period from December 2017 to May 2019. Based on the results, this study proposes four findings, as follows: First, the majority of Taiwan’s incubators can obtain the subsidies from government, which constrains the new entrant. Second, new entrant can identify the opportunities from the industrial constraints to find the insufficiencies of the existing incubators. Third, new entrant can find a new service segmentation by using value migration. Finally, new entrant can implement bricolage processes through a series of resource at hand, making-do, and resource recombination for building its new resources.
