隨著全球網路蓬勃發展的情況下,未來趨勢會逐漸由傳統桌機轉變為行動裝置上,這也代表行動裝置已與人們生活密不可分,然而各國發展程度不同,因此網路使用行為也會有所區別,且相較於已開發市場,新興市場中的行動用戶數增長趨勢較顯著,因此透過新興國家中的馬來西亞、印尼為主軸,加入印度及已開發國家中的美國、英國來分析其在裝置及不同國家,是否會有使用行為差異。
本研究採用創市際市場研究顧問公司與 comScore 數據所提供資料,蒐集12個月份桌機與行動裝置資料進行分析,先以敘述統計分析各國及裝置間其各項使用行為指標,接著使用集中度分析網站在裝置及國家間的集中程度為何,另外利用對應分析圖進行裝置與國家分析進行比較。最後透過分析結果提供跨裝置或是跨國之相關研究能有基礎能參考,並讓網站經營者或是行銷人員能有實際運作之參考的依據。

With the global Internet booming, the future trend will gradually change from traditional desktop to mobile devices. This means that mobile devices are inseparable from people's lives. However, countries have different degrees of development, so network usage will also be difference, and compared with the developed market, the number of mobile users in emerging markets is increasing. Therefore, through the Malaysia and Indonesia in the emerging countries, and the United States in the developed countries is used to analyze the devices and different country, whether there will be differences in the use of behavior.
In this study, we used the information provided by the Intermarket Research Consulting Company and the comScore data to collect the data of the desktop and mobile devices for 12 months. Firstly, we analyzed the average usage behavior metrics between countries and devices by descriptive statistics, and then used the corresponding analysis, the device is analyzed and compared. Finally, through the analysis results, it provides a reference for cross-device or cross-country related research, and allows website operators or marketing personnel to have a basis for practical operation.
