目的：希望藉由本研究提升護理執業場域的安全及心理健康。世界衛生組
織在2002 年強調「職場暴力」已成為刻不容緩、不應漠視、需要大眾去正視及積極面對、處理的全球性問題。職場暴力屬於職業傷害一種，暴力發生的形式也多以兩個或以上的形態出現，所衍伸的問題不僅是職業環境的安全或是法律層面問題，更多是受暴者的身心健康受迫以及處在急性或慢性壓力中的煎熬。公共衛生的目標為促進全民福址，多數人一天中有三分之一時間待在職場場域內，因此提出本研究。
研究方法：研究者為一名具臨床經驗十年的護理師，也是經歷職場暴力的受
害者，透過自我敘說研究方法，從醫療暴力事件的經驗為起點，回溯一位護理人員養成過程的經歷，自述的過程也經驗了敘事治療的效益。
研究結果：
1. 發現護理人員成為受暴者的成因與護理人員的既有形象與職場文化相關；
2. 職場暴力事件中看到韌性的發展及支持系統兩者與暴力事件後的傷害相互
交織而形成的脈絡。
建議從實務面、管理階層面、心理韌性發展面提出：
1. 針對職場暴力的防範，護理人員需加強對職場暴力的認知與概念；
2. 執業場域的主管對暴力事件的發生需有因應與管理的政策，在事件發生後對
受暴者需有持續性的追蹤與協助，而非停在異常事件通報的層次；
3. 職場應建立具隱私性的心理健康促進團體供員工使用，以達身心靈平衡。

According to the World Health Organization reported in 2002, workplace violence has become a global problem, it affects the dignity of millions of people worldwide in developing countries. Violence can include aggressive behavior of either a psychological or physical nature. Nursing staff experience workplace violence on average at least once during their professional careers, aggression toward nurses can arise from many sources: patient to nurse, relatives to nurse, nurse to nurse, and doctor/allied health professional to nurse. These suffering experience are usually accompanied by physical and psychological hazard.
The researcher through self-narrative research to told a workplace violence experience, not only focus on nurse workplace environment and image in Taiwan but also trying to drawing more attention to the resilience development after traumatic events.
