  社群媒體的發展已經開始走向成熟的階段,使用社群媒體已成民眾日常習慣,使用社群媒體開始令使用者有錯失恐懼及社群媒體疲勞等負面感受。本研究以社群媒體使用者為研究對象,探討社群媒體的使用現況,以及錯失恐懼及社群媒體疲勞的程度與各變項之間的影響與差異。研究方法為網絡問卷調查法,共回收888份有效問卷。
本研究發現,目前民眾使用社群媒體的時間和頻率,已經接近重度使用。媒體相關產業人士的使用時間較高,學生及年輕群眾在使用頻率上較高,年齡與使用頻率成負相關。女性與大學生群體最常用的社群媒體已經為Instagram。錯失恐懼程度整體而言略高,使用者年齡與錯失恐懼有負相關;每天使用時間少於3小時使用者的錯失恐懼程度顯著比其他使用者較低,青年群眾及學生的錯失恐懼程度顯著較高。在社群媒體疲勞上,民眾如今社群媒體疲勞程度較高值得注意,女性的社群媒體疲勞顯著比男性更高,使用頻率與社群媒體疲勞為正相關,媒體業人士與學生的社群媒體疲勞相對高於其他職業。最後,錯失恐懼與社群媒體疲勞之間為正相關。社群媒體的確提供了方便、即時、成本低廉的社交、發佈與接受資訊的方式,但是在民眾使用社群媒體的時間至今仍日益增加之下,除了正面用途之外也需要留意對用戶或對社會的負面影響。
  The use of social media has become a habit of the public, and the use of social media starts to make users feel such negative feelings as fear of missing out(FOMO) and social media fatigue. This study took social media users as the research object to explore the use of social media, as well as the impact and difference between the degree of missed fear and social media fatigue and various variables. The research method is questionnaire survey. A total of 888 valid questionnaires were collected through social media. Research shows that the time and frequency of people using social media are close to heavy use. People in media-related industries use media more often, students and young adults use more frequently, and age is negatively correlated with use frequency. Instagram is already the most popular social media for women and college students. The fear of missing out is slightly higher overall
, and the age of the users was negatively correlated with the FOMO. Users who use it for less than 3 hours a day have a significantly lower fear of missing out than other users, and students have a significantly higher FOMO.In terms of social media fatigue, people have a higher level of social media fatigue, which is worth noting. Women's social media fatigue is significantly higher than men's, and the frequency of use is positively correlated with social media fatigue. Media professionals and students have a higher degree of social media fatigue than other professions. Finally, there was a positive correlation between the fear of missing out and social media fatigue. Social media provide a convenient, instant and low-cost way to socialize, release and receive information. However, with the increasing use of social media by the public, it is necessary to pay attention to the negative impact on users or society.
