This research is applied research that aims to give the student an understanding of the professionalism and teaching performance by given recommendation related with the lecturer performance. The purpose of this study is to to how lecturer’s professionalism and teaching performance in motivating new students on international program in business at Case University. The author uses qualitative methods and data collection of interviews, observation and analysis of documents. The main objects of the research are leaders, lecturer and international business networking student at Case University. Therefore, Tri Dharma is the goal for all public or private universities in Indonesia. The main task of lecturers are the learning, research, and community service. The scope of this research is on introduction to business course and focus on methods of teaching performance. The main findings obtained during the study, the authors can conclude that not all of the lecturer who had a good knowledge can teach students well in the class and make an effective and innovative method is one of the good ways to be developed in motivating new student.
