本論文探討應用於大型交流馬達變頻器前級整流之能量回收用雙向三相併網變流器。大型併網變流器常使用之濾波器架構為LCL濾波器,然而LCL濾波器諧振尖峰易引起穩定度問題,需要以實際電阻或控制方式加以阻尼,本論文應用PSIM加以輔助設計其阻尼控制器,使用兩種LCL的控制方式,第一種是無源阻尼法,第二種是陷波器控制法,此兩種方法可降低LCL濾波器所產生諧振點的增益,並且保留LCL濾波器抑制電流諧波特性,滿足電網總諧波失真標準。LCL具三階低通濾波器的特性,對於相同開關頻率的變頻器,可以使用相對於LC較小的濾波電感設計,有效降地濾波器體積和成本。本論文控制電路之實現乃以德州儀器公司出產的數位信號處理器 TMS320F28335做為控制核心,額定功率2kW,開關使用IGBT模組,開關切換頻率18kHz,具備雙向功率因數的修正,同時使用零序電壓注入SPWM法提高開關利用率。本論文最後並實際應用於感應馬達變頻器前級整流的電能供應,使其雙向功率潮流得以控制,煞車能量能夠回收電網,達到節能的目的。所提控制方法並藉由一些模擬與實驗結果來驗證其有效性。
This thesis investigates the energy recycle bi-directional three-phase grid-connected inverter of the front-stage of large-scale AC motor drive. Large-scale grid-connected inverter uses LCL filter commonly. However, LCL possesses high resonant peak gain that may cause stability problem. It requires a real damping resistor or an effective damping control to solve this issue. This research employs PSIM software to design the damping control. Two damping control methods including the passive damping method and the band-rejected filter control method are presented. Both methods can reduce the resonant peak gain of LCL filter and preserve the excellent harmonic suppression feature to meet the grid-connected harmonic standard. LCL has the third-order low-pass filter characteristics, so as compared with the second-order LC filter at the same switching frequency of inverter, a relatively small filter inductor design can be used to effectively reduce the volume and cost of the filter. The proposed inverter employs the digital signal processor TMS320F28335 produced by Texas Instruments as the control core. The rated power is 2kW, and the switch uses IGBT module with 18 kHz switching frequency. The inverter has bi-directional PFC control ability and a zero-sequence injection method is applied for increasing the switch rating utilization. The proposed inverter is applied as the front-stage of induction motor drive for high power factor and energy recycle as the motor being braking. The effectiveness of the proposed method is confirmed with some simulation and experimental results.
