In this paper, we will focus on the study of the business profit model of the self-service convenience store, which is a self-service retail form, and analyze the advantages, disadvantages, bottlenecks and problems that may appear in the operation of the current self-service convenience store. At the same time, we will put forward some feasible suggestions for the future development direction of the self-service convenience store. This study collects data by consulting literature and interview, analyzes the current operation status, technical conditions, service mode and management mode of the self-service convenience store, collects the problems in the operation process, and discusses the countermeasures and solutions to the problems.
The conclusions of this study are as follows:
1. At present, the self-service convenience stores in the market are basically small, but due to the impact of the new epidemic in early 2020, the development of self-service convenience stores will be significantly accelerated. 2. At present, no real successful typical business cases have been seen in the self-service convenience stores on the market, which are basically small or grass-roots experience stores.
3. Advantages of the self-service convenience store: the self-service convenience store can reduce the cost of labor and rent, and improve efficiency. Disadvantages of the self-service convenience store: the disadvantages of the self-service convenience store lie in the lack of interaction and communication between people, and in the lack of alternative products.
4. Analysis of the business profit model of the self-service convenience store: the current business profit model that the self-service convenience store can realize relatively quickly is to achieve profit by reducing the cost of manpower and stores. In addition, it is necessary to design different business operation models of the self-service convenience store according to different commodities.
5.
