隨著全球經濟快速發展，交通壅塞及環境汙染問題日益加劇，發展大眾運輸工具被認為是解決交通問題的有效方法。
自行車被視為綠色運輸工具，由於能源短缺，油價飆升，且全球暖化及許多環境污染等問題，促使各界政府及各方團體開始提倡自行車，不斷向大眾宣導自行車休閒、運動等功能，使得越來越多民眾改以自行車代步或是從事休閒活動。
近年來，共享單車盛行，為民眾的交通工具提供另一項更環保的選擇，然而這種共享經濟在全球上並非皆成功的實行，也對全球自行車產業造成影響。台灣及中國皆是國際上重要的自行車大國，面對這樣的潮流勢必也會產生衝擊，因此本研究欲探讨共享單車在大中華地區對自行車產業的影響，以期分析出影響的原因並給出建議。
本研究採個案分析法，透過網路公開數據分析出以下結論:
1. 共享單車的實行成功，取決於是否有完善的控管與維護服務，而政府的推動也是一項重要的因素。
2. 民眾對自行車的認知影響自行車產業在共享單車這波潮流中

With the rapid development of the global economy, traffic congestion and environmental pollution problems are increasing. Therefore, the development of public transportation is considered to be an effective way to solve traffic problems.
Bicycles are considered green vehicles. Due to energy shortages, rising oil prices, global warming and many environmental pollution problems, governments and political parties have begun to promote bicycles and continue to promote bicycle leisure and sports.
Therefore, there are more and more people changed their way by riding instead of walking or engaging in leisure activities.
In recent years, shared bicycles have been popular, providing another greener choice for people's transportation. However, this sharing economy is not only successfully implemented globally, and also affects the global bicycle industry. Taiwan and China are important bicycle market in the world.
Therefore, this study explored the impact of shared bicycles on the bicycle industry in China and Taiwan , with a view to analyze the causes and give recommendations. This study used case analysis to analyze the following results through online public data:
1. The successful implementation of shared bicycles depends on whether there is perfect control and maintenance services. The promotion of the government is also an important factor.
2. The public's perception of bicycles affects the development of the bicycle industry in the wave of shared bicycles.
