賽博計量學 (Sabermetrics),即以數據評估選手表現並且作為球隊組件的根據,已經是現代職業棒球運動不可或缺的一部分,在美、日、韓等各國職棒都已經具備完整之數據收集體系的同時,中華職棒在數據收集上仍僅限於傳統的攻守數據,缺乏進階評估指標計算上需要的數據。

而群眾外包是一種分散式問題解決機制,通常用於處理機器難以單獨處理的問題,採用公開的方式召集群眾,透過協作或獨立承接的方式完成任務,而我國有著眾多愛好棒球、具有棒球知識的球迷,十分適合以群眾外包的方式來補強中華職棒官方在數據收集上的欠缺。

為此,本研究設計並實作了一套以群眾外包方式,解析中華職棒賽事文字紀錄成為計算進階防守、跑壘、打擊情況解析所需要之數據的系統,探討系統功能的架構設計與需求分析,並實作與外部群眾外包平台對接、交換使用者資料的方法。此外,由於群眾外包的本質是將任務外包給不特定群眾,現有的群眾外包平台普遍存在僅為獲取報酬而未確實執行任務的使用者,在這樣的情況下容易使外包的品質與信譽方面產生疑慮,本研究最後也討論了應該如何應用多重審查以及問卷可靠度分析方法,量測使用者外包工作品質,並且最佳化群眾外包效益的方法。
Sabermetrics, which is based on data to evaluate player performance and as a component of the team, is already an integral part of modern professional baseball. It has complete data in the US, Japan, Korea and other countries. At the same time of collecting the system, the Chinese Professional Baseball League (CPBL) teams of Taiwan is still limited to the traditional offensive and defensive data in data collection, and lacks the data needed for the calculation of advanced evaluation indicators.

Croudsourcing is a decentralized problem-solving mechanism. It is usually used to deal with problems that are difficult for machines to deal with separately. It uses open methods to convene the masses and accomplish tasks collaboratively or independently. Since the baseball fans of this country have accumulated much baseball knowledge, they are very suitable to use the outsourcing of the masses to amend the lack of data collection by the CPBL teams.

To this end, this study designed and implemented a set of methods for crowdsourcing, analyzing the CPBL record, and becoming a system for calculating the data needed for the analysis of advanced defense, running and attacking, and discussing the architecture design of system functions. The study covers requirement analysis, and implementation of methods to interface with external crowdsourcing platforms and exchange user data. In addition, since the essence of crowdsourcing is to outsource tasks to unspecified people, the existing crowdsourcing platforms generally have users who only obtain remuneration but do not perform tasks. In this case, it is easy to make the quality and reputation of outsourcing doubtful. This study also discussed how to apply multiple reviews and questionnaire reliability analysis methods, measure the quality of user outsourcing work, and optimize the methods of crowdsourcing benefits.
