Swimming has always been loved by many people, especially in the summer, many parents will take the children to the swimming pool to swim or play in the water, which will cause the swimming pool to be overcrowded. Whenever a drowning event occurs, it is difficult for lifeguards to find and take effective rescue measures in the first place, which often leads to tragedy. How to immediately discover and report at the same time as the drowning incident to reduce the occurrence of major casualties is an issue that everyone has been paying attention to. As modern people pay more and more attention to their health status, they begin to monitor normal sports data, sleep quality and heart rate status through pairing with smart wearable devices. At present, researchers have used smart phones to collect the energy of hand movement during swimming, and use the threshold of energy to judge whether there is a drowning state, but it is difficult to accurately distinguish between drowning and other swimming postures by means of energy. Therefore, this study will transform the kinetic energy collected by the smart watch into spectrum and analyze it. It is easier to find the hand waving characteristics of the drowning in the spectrum, and use Bluetooth to send notifications to the lifeguard's smart phone, the establishment of a real-time drowning notification system.
