研究背景:近年由於科技的進步,隨身應用軟件的發達,隨身手機應用程式 ( application, APP ) 能夠同步測量、紀錄與上傳,並提醒使用者之自我監控方式。藉由智慧型體重管理技術施以反饋,對於使用者之體重控制及生活型態的行為介入,均為熱門之研究課題。研究目的:本研究探討智能體重健康方案對於都會區職場員工之體重控制、自我健康重視、與健康體適能的影響。研究方法:以台北市83名白領職工為受試者,藉由智慧體重計自動藍芽上傳並記錄個人體重數值,並藉由智慧手機APP應用程式推播體重量測提醒,進行智能體重健康方案介入,執行時間計3個月,介入結束前後執行健康自覺問卷、體重、體脂肪、及健康體適能檢測。統計分析採相依樣本t檢定 ( paired-sample t test )。結果:受試者介入智能體重方案三個月後,職工之體重與體脂肪比率均呈現有統計意義的降低 ( p < 0.05 );同時有效增加有氧體適能力60秒內仰臥起坐之次數 ( p < 0.01 )。於健康促進動機方面,受試者量測體重之自主頻率,較方案介入前顯著增加1.53倍( p < 0.01 ) 。然而,於自我身心健康重視度及身心健康滿意度之自評則無明顯成效或改變。結論:本研究證實於職場結合智能體重計與手機APP推播體重量測提醒,可有效降低都會區職場員工之體重與體脂肪數值、提升健康有氧體適能、與自主量測體重之動機與行為。
Background: In recent years, due to advances in technology and the development of portable applications, mobile applications can simultaneously measure, record and upload, and remind users of their self-monitoring methods. Feedback from intelligent weight management techniques is a popular research topic for users' weight control and lifestyle behavioral interventions. Purpose: This study is aimed to clarify the effects of weight management, self-health consideration, and physical fitness in metropolitan area workers. Methods: The 83 white-collar subjects working in Taipei were included, and the numbers of body weight were recorded by intelligence weight machine and uploaded by Bluetooth automatically. The intelligence health intervention program was performed for 3 months of weight measurement push notification by smart phone APP. After that, we collected the numbers of body weight, body fat, and physical fitness parameters. The questionnaire was also involved in the study. The paired-sample t test was used to statistical analysis. Results: The body weight and body fat composition were significantly decreased ( p < 0.05 ) , and the aerobic ability was markedly increased ( p < 0.01 ) in these participated workers. In the aspect of health promotion motivation, the frequency of independent body weight measurement was significantly increased about 1.53 folds ( p < 0.01 ), compared to control. However, there was no statistical difference of self-health awareness and health satisfactory. Conclusions: These results supported that the intelligence weight control program in workplace could effectively decrease the body weight and body fat, enhance aerobic fitness, and the frequency of independent body weight measurement of employee in metropolitan.
