目的:探討腹部肌群對於高中游泳選手200公尺混合式各泳姿到達4.8、7.5、14.8公尺、分段成績、總成績時間與划水頻率、跳水距離與蛙式下壓之影響。方法:本研究招募10位高中混合式專項選手,實驗一共分三次,第一次收取無核心運動介入之200公尺混合式運動表現測試;第二次測試並記錄達到腹部肌群最大力矩下降至50%的運動介入組數作為第三次介入之基準;第三次在核心運動介入後進行200公尺混合式運動表現測試。本研究使用等速肌力測量儀(Biodex)測量核心肌力的測試;運動表現使用6台高速攝影機,取樣頻率設定為120赫茲,架設於轉身池邊的水下,以及池邊3公尺、4.8公尺、7.5公尺與14.8公尺,並以燈號進行同步。結果:到達7.5公尺、14.8公尺仰式與蛙式下壓花費時間無運動介入優於有運動介入,到達7.5公尺、14.8公尺、蛙式下壓花費時間,跳水距離無核心運動介入優於有核心運動介入。其餘參數並無顯著差異。蛙式下壓時間與肌力下降百分比呈現高度正相關。結論:仰式到達7.5與14.8公尺、跳水距離與蛙式下壓時間有顯著影響,但可能由於身體的代償作用導致整體測驗成績未受影響。
Purpose: The purpose of this study was investigate the effect of abdominal muscles on 200-meter individual medley(IM) performance in the time of arrived 4.8 meters, 7.5 meters, 14.8 meters, split time, total time, arm frequency, diving distance and time of breaststroke submerge in senior high school swimmers. Method: Participants were 10 male senior high school swimmer. The experiment divided into three parts. Firstly, we execute 200-meters IM exercise performance without exercise intervention. Secondly, we test and record the amount of exercise intervention could make torque of abdominal muscles decrease to 50% or under. Thirdly, we executed 200-meters IM exercise performance after exercise intervention. We used isokinetic instrument (Biodex) to test core muscle strength, 6 high speed camera at 120 Hz to test exercise performance. The first camera was erected under water in the starting wall. The rest cameras were erected on ground by 3 meters, 4.8 meters, 7.5 meters and 14.8 meters away from pool wall. Data was synchronized by trigger. Results: The results of this study showed there were significant differences in backstroke arrived to 7.5 meters, 14.8 meters and time of submerge of breaststroke. In diving distance, no exercise intervention was better than exercise intervention. There was no significant differences in other parameters. There was significant high-positive correlation between submerge of breaststroke and percent of muscles strength decrease. Conclusion: Significant differences were showed in backstroke when the subject arrived to 7.5 meters and 14.8 meters. Diving distance and time of breaststroke submerge also showed significant. However, the results in the overall experiment did not affected, because of compensation.
