在探索自我，藉由外境的實境去尋找自己在內心創作的意涵。運用人人都有的感知能力，探討自我內在的心境，試想自己在面對環境時，觀察出自己所受其的影響。在感受中，隨著不同時間、不同環境，所產生的各種變化下，來觀察自己在外境中的這心念，在清楚明白自己的心念後，以不受外境所左右的時空來抒發當下情境。

「心」能造就出整個世間，是因為這世間就是一個虛像。在科學的理論中，物質是由元素所組成，元素由無數多極為細小的粒子所組成，而解析這些粒子後，進而發現粒子其實是由能量所聚集而成的。其實世間萬物就是個沒有固有的型態，所以經典才會說我們的這念「心」是可以創作出世間萬物的。「心」本來就是一個不定性，它既沒有絕對，也沒有答案，所以很容易受到外在環境的影響，而隨波逐流。在這研究中，希望以外境為出發點，進而探討到心境，由自己「心」的感受來看世界。

沒有所謂的真實，只有我們時刻保持知的這念心，才是真的存在的。心的作用可以很廣，如何把感受到的境，給呈現在自己的創作中，是一件值得去嘗試的。

In the exploration of self, through the reality of the outside world to find the meaning of their own creation. Use the perceptual ability of everyone to explore the inner state of mind, and imagine that you are observing your own influence when facing the environment. In the feelings, with different changes in time and environment, to observe your own thoughts in the outside world, after clearing your mind, you can express yourself in a time and space that is not affected by the external environment. "Heart" can make the whole world, because this world is a virtual image. In the theory of science, matter is composed of elements, which are composed of a myriad of extremely small particles. After analyzing these particles, it is found that the particles are actually assembled by energy. In fact, everything in the world is an intrinsic type, so the classics will say that our "heart" can create everything in the world. "Heart" is inherently an uncertainty. It has neither absolute nor answer, so it is easily affected by the external environment. In this research, I hope that the outside world is the starting point, and then I will explore the state of mind and see the world from my own feelings of "heart".

There is no such thing as truth. Only the heart that we keep knowing at all is really there. The role of the heart can be very broad. It is worthwhile to try to present the feeling of the situation in your own creation.
