本研究目的在了解一位幼兒體能專家教師的教學模式。了解S教師的課程知識基礎、教學計畫、教學策略、以及有效的教學技術。採質性方式，以一位教學年資達23年，學經歷豐富，教學卓越且目前仍在教學現場的幼兒體能專家教師為研究對象。以半結構式訪談、文件分析及參與觀察蒐集資料，所得資料經開放性編碼、主軸編碼及選擇性編碼，持續比較、歸納與分析。研究發現S教師的課程知識基礎包括專業知識、教學經驗及新知信念；教學計畫包括計畫與目標、教學準備、教材內容設計；教學策略包括適性教學、教材循序漸進、引起參與動機、多元器材與遊戲、安全保護、激勵與挑戰、適切轉換、簡要講解與示範、有效運用時間、監控與教學步調；有效的教學技術包括培養基本體能、培養專項體能、成功的教學技巧。本研究之個案S專家教師以豐富的專業知識、教學經驗及國外新知累積良好的課程知識基礎；其擬訂完善的教學計畫與目標、積極著手教學準備、具有卓越的教材內容設計；其多元嫻熟的教學策略能吸引幼兒參與、滿足幼兒身心發展需要；其教學卓越之關鍵是透過多元好玩又安全的體能遊戲培養幼兒的基本體能及專項體能。

The purpose of this study was to understand the teaching model of an expert teacher in preschool physical. A knowledge base of S teachers' curriculum, instruction planning, instructional strategies, and effective teaching process. Qualitative analyses were used in the with a teaching year of 23 years, rich in education, teaching excellence and is still teaching in the field of preschool physical ability expert teachers as research objects.The research methods included semi-structured interniews,document analysis and participatory observation.I then processed the collected data using open coding,axial cording,selective coding,sustained induction,comparison and analysis. The results showed that the curriculum knowledge base of S teachers includes professional knowledge, teaching experience and new knowledge belief., Instruction planning include plans and objectives, teaching preparation and content design. Instructional strategies include appropriate teaching, progressive teaching materials, motivation for participation, multiple devices and games, safety and security, motivation and challenge, appropriate teaching and demonstration, effective use of time, monitoring and teaching steps, Effective teaching process include training basic physical abilities, training physical abilities and successful teaching skills. A case in this expert teacher S a well- knowledge base for professional knowledge, teaching experience and new knowledge abroad. Its excellent instruction planning and objectives, excellent teaching materials content design. The key of its teaching excellence is to cultivate children's basic physical and mental abilities through multiple playful and safe physical games.
