近年來全球暖化日趨嚴重，為使有效改善空氣汙染，推行電動車為各國的重要政策之一。台灣為機車重度使用國家，本研究欲探討影響消費者購買電動機車之影響因素，並將消費者的需求與考量點反饋給政府與製造商，希望可以促使台灣電動機車發展，有效改善廢氣排放狀況。
本研究共投放913份問卷，問卷回收總數量為610份，有效問卷為511份，有效問卷之回收率83.8%。資料分析方法採用敘述性統計分析、信度效度分析、各構面因素分析、Pearson相關分析、迴歸分析、假說檢定來確認所有構面的相關性。研究假說之結果歸納如下:

一、全球暖化意識對於電動機車購買態度有正向顯著影響。
二、消費者對綠色產品的認知對電動機車購買態度有正向顯著影響。
三、政府政策對電動機車購買態度有正向顯著影響。
四、購買態度對電動機車購買意願有正向顯著影響。
五、產品價格對購買電動機車意願有正向的影響

In recent years, global warming has become more and more serious. In order to effectively improve air pollution, the promotion of electric vehicles is one of the important policies in various countries. Taiwan is a country where motorcycles are heavily used. This study intends to explore the factors that affect consumers ’purchase of electric motorcycles, and to feedback consumer needs and considerations to the government and manufacturers.
A total of 913 questionnaires were placed in this study. The total number of questionnaires recovered was 610, the effective questionnaires were 511, and the recovery rate of effective questionnaires was 83.8%. Data analysis methods used descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, factor analysis of each facet, Pearson correlation analysis, and regression analysis to confirm the relevance of each facet. The results of the research hypothesis are summarized as follows:

1. Global warming awareness has a positive and significant impact on the consumers' purchase attitude on electric mortocycles.
2. Consumers' green products cognition have a positive and significant impact on the consumers' purchase attitude on electric mortocycles.
3. Government policies have a positive and significant impact on the consumers' attitude on buying electric mortocycles.
4. Consumers' purchase attitude has a positive and significant influence on their purchase intention for electric mortorcycles.
5. The product price has a positive direction impact on consumers' willingness to buy electric mortorcycles.
